PARKING POLICY
• Parking fees are not included in treatment costs and cannot be billed to insurance.
• If paid parking is required at your location, the exact cost will be added to your invoice. Complimentary or visitor parking is always appreciated.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
• We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will be charged the full treatment fee.

Shane has a strong passion for massage therapy and a well-developed understanding of human musculoskeletal anatomy. With a lifelong background in athletics, including many years of competitive soccer, he brings a practical, movement-based perspective to his treatments. His approach is aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting long-term physical function.

Trish specializes in deep tissue and relaxation massages. Her interest in massage developed from a young age and discovered a genuine passion for healing as she grew older. She found inspiration from her great grandfather as he was also a recognized healer and massage therapist in the Philippines.
